All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection, and we do not accept returns on handbags or footwear under any circumstances.
For all other items, return requests may be submitted within seven (7) days of the date the product is received. To initiate a return request, email with your order information and a brief description of the reason for your request. Requests submitted after the seven-day window will not be considered.
Return requests are reviewed at our sole discretion. If a request is approved, you will be issued a return authorization number and a shipping address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
Upon receipt, items will be inspected and a final determination will be made as to whether a refund will be issued. Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund. If a refund is granted, it will be applied to the original form of payment and processed within approximately one week of the refund decision; please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit. Merchandise will not be returned to the customer regardless of the outcome of the inspection.
